On the 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th Day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

MERRY FACEBOOK CHRISTMAS!

Own own personal Christmas greeting for all my friends and family on Facebook. Christmas-2010

Children's storybook characters

Three supporting cast members for a possible children's book and eventually a stage play. Still a work in progress.

STORYBOOK CHARACTER DESIGNS

Character design development for a possible children's storybook.

ART GALLERY

I was recently honored to be allowed a public showing of some of my various artwork at one of the local businesses in Tavares, Florida.

SIREN OF THE SEAS

Definitely not Disney's Little Mermaid!

In the Broadway production "TWO BY TWO", the only creature that didn't make it onto the ark was the Gitka. What might it have looked like? Guess we'll never know for sure.

GROUP CARICATURE

Here is a group caricature of the 8th grade of a local school. This will be framed and auctioned off in a silent auction as a fund raising activity. Caricatures make great, personalized, one-of-a-kind gifts for special occasions, events and holidays.

BULLIES:NO MATTER HOW BIG

Here is an attempt at a type of editorial cartoon regarding the current problem of bullying in public schools. The caption: "No matter how big the bully is, there is always one bigger. And you are never really alone."

DC Comics heroines

An artistic nod to the creative talents at DC Comics. Super heroines Wonder Woman, Black Canary and Supergirl

ILLUSTRATIONS FOR THE LITTLE ENGINE THAT COULD

The Little Train That Could illustrations

The local community theatre in Leesburg, Florida..The Melon Patch Playhouse...will be performing the Broadway musical, GUYS and DOLLS in September, 2010. Being a member of the cast, I wanted to make a contribution. This is my idea for the production poster, and perhaps the Tshirt design, for the show.

THE LITTLE ENGINE

I was commissioned to design the story art for a well-known children's book, "The Little Engine That Could". The artwork will be enlarged and put into a large storybook to read to young children in the classroom. This is the book cover artwork.

STREET ENTERTAINERS PROGRAM

I received a message from a young couple in Portugal who entertain on the streets, in plazas, and public occasions, mostly for children. Miguel is a balloon artist and Daniella is a face painter. They commissioned me to create this artwork for their new publicity poster. Also, the black and white version of this will be passed out to the children as coloring sheets. I have officially gone global!

GLADIATOR

Illustration based on the tales of ancient warriors of Greek and Roman myth. A lesson in color and anatomy.
